These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) of the website www.screener.lv (hereinafter referred to as the “Portal”) describe the procedure for using the information provided on the Portal.

SIA “Finance labs”, registration number 40203567581, address Ķekavas nov., Baloži, Kārklu iela 1 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), compiles information included in the databases of the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia on the Portal and is a re-user of data from the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia.

These Terms apply if a person (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) visits the Portal maintained by the Company:

• The Client undertakes to comply with the Personal Data Protection Law. The Company does not assume any responsibility for actions or decisions taken by the Client based on the content included in the received service;
• The Client is prohibited from using any automated systems or devices (robots) to access the system without written consent;
• It is prohibited to use the data collected on the Portal to create other data systems or transfer data to third parties;
• The Client agrees that the Company may go in contact using the contact information provided by the user, send informative messages or introduce new services.
